JL Audio E-Sub E112 12" Active Subwoofer
The JL Audio E-Series applies key JL Audio technologies to deliver exceptional sound quality, power and value in a wide range of demanding applications. Any great powered subwoofer system must start with an exceptional subwoofer driver. The E112 12” Sub driver offers impressive, low-distortion excursion envelopes capable of handling the most demanding program material, or the most delicate. To accomplish this, JL Audio's exclusive DMA technology is applied to shape, control and stabilise the drivers' motor strength, ensuring linear behaviour over a very long excursion range. To power these innovative drivers, JL Audio engineered a completely new switching amplifier with a regulated, switching power supply delivering 1,500 Watts of ample, clean power to fully exercise the E-Sub driver's performance envelope. The amplifier module also incorporates a studio-grade signal-processing section, which is controlled from a panel on the top of the subwoofer cabinet. All E-Series powered subwoofers are built in JL Audio’s U.S. factory.
