Given the unfolding situation regarding COVID-19, below is an update on the precautionary measures we are putting in place within our business.
As a medium sized business supporting 45 full time staff, the health and safety of both our staff and our customers is paramount. We have been closely monitoring the situation and are staying across the official health and workplace advice provided by the Australian Department of Health and NSW Health and will respond to any changes in directives accordingly.
We are committed to and will continue to keep our retail store open, but we are also taking precautions to help slow the spread of COVID-19 as the situation evolves and will comply with any legal directives. Some of these measures include:
* Encouraging both staff and customers to be mindful of social distancing guidelines whilst still being able to partake in demonstrations and system auditions;
* Supporting staff who exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 or who have had contact with a confirmed case to remain away from work until they receive medical clearance;
* Hand sanitiser is also now available for employees and customers within the showroom and service areas.
* Ensuring that all high-touch areas including counters, benches and amenities are cleaned and sanitised at regular intervals throughout the day
* Regular cleaning and disinfection of AC filters and grills
If you are experiencing symptoms, have been in direct contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, or you are self isolated as a directive suspecting that you have been diagnosed we ask that you refrain from visiting our store. If you would like assistance in this scenario, you can place your order by calling our store or via the website. We are in the process of launching a new website but unfortunately this won’t be ready to go live for a few weeks.

We expect that your home entertainment systems and your Wi-Fi and streaming services will be getting a lot of use over the coming weeks, and we are here to assist you in this time. We know that many of our clients often don’t get time to use everything we have installed for them and when the opportunity arises to do so they may have questions or require assistance.

Home or Car Installations
Our installation and service teams are currently operating as normal. Our teams are in good health, are equipped with hand sanitiser and will limit the level of social contact during their visit. Already scheduled installations, deliveries, and in-home consultations are being confirmed according to customers’ readiness and comfort levels and the utmost care is being exercised by our staff. Our team will also check in with you to confirm you are in good health prior to visiting. Due to government health guidelines, we kindly ask that you delay our staff from completing an installation within your Home or Car if you have recently arrived back into Australia from overseas travel.
